Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damage.
