Return Policy
We, at Tejas Therapeutics & Nutraceutics, our top priorities are your health and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The request for a return must be initiated within 15 days from the date you received your order. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, tampered with, or
show signs of use due to hygiene and safety reasons. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, the following items are **not eligible** for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: Products that have been opened or used. Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging. Products purchased on sale or clearance, unless otherwise specified.
To Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us :Please email our customer support team at tejaslife@mytejas.in or call us at +919940125550 to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if it meets the eligibility criteria, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the product in its original packaging along with a copy of your proof of purchase and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order) with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Important Notes:
